Orders & Shipping

Do you ship to my state?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states. We're not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories right now.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes about 3–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, it's a flat $5.95.

Where's my order?

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive it. If it hasn't moved in 5 days, shoot us an email and we'll look into it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can make changes within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already on its way to being packed. Email us at support@vellavia.co as fast as you can and we'll do our best.

Are there any extra fees at delivery?

Nope. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No customs, duties or surprise fees.

Do you ship during the holidays?

Yes, but carriers get busy between Thanksgiving and New Year's. Order by December 10 to be safe for Christmas delivery.

Will the tools work with my outlet?

Yes. Every Vellavia tool is built for standard U.S. outlets (110–120V) and comes with a regular two-prong U.S. plug. No adapter needed.

Are the tools safe for my hair type?

Yes. All tools have adjustable heat settings, so whether your hair is fine, thick, curly or color-treated, you can pick the temperature that's right for you. We always recommend a heat protectant first.

Is the Vellavia Heat really cordless?

It is. It charges with the included USB-C cable, a full charge takes about 90 minutes and gives you around 30 minutes of styling. Perfect for your gym bag, carry-on or desk drawer.

Can I take it on a plane?

The Vellavia Heat has a lithium-ion battery, so pack it in your carry-on, not checked luggage. Corded tools can go in either.

What's the warranty?

Every tool comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something's not working right, email us and we'll make it right.

What if I don't love it?

You have 30 days from the day it arrives to try it out. Not for you? Send it back for a full refund, no hassle.

How do I start a return?

Email support@vellavia.co with your order number. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

How long do refunds take?

We issue your refund within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank or card, it can take another 3–10 business days to show up.
