Try any Vellavia tool for 30 days. If it's not the right fit for your hair or your routine, return it for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Product must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories
- Products with damage caused by misuse, drops or improper use are not eligible
- Gift cards and opened hair care products are final sale
How to return
- Email support@vellavia.co with your order number and a quick note on why you're returning
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions
- Ship it back with a tracked service and keep your receipt
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 5–7 business days
Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is on us and we'll email you a prepaid label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd like instead. That way you get your new tool faster.
Warranty claims
Manufacturing defects within the 1-year warranty period are handled separately from returns. Email us with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the issue, and we'll ship a replacement.
