These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vellavia website (vellavia.co) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been confirmed, in which case we will refund any amount charged.

Vellavia tools are intended for use in the United States with 110–120V outlets.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers. We may cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent or placed by resellers.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Warranty

Vellavia tools come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, water, unauthorized modification or normal wear. To the extent permitted by law, this is the only warranty we provide and all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

8. Safe use

Our products are heated styling tools. Read the included instructions before use. Keep away from water, do not leave unattended while switched on, and keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by children.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellavia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Vellavia name, logo, product names, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted by the consumer protection laws of your state of residence, which continue to apply.
